a certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Fascia Stretch Therapist, among other certifications. I’ve been coaching for several years, starting with youth athletes in 2009 to a full spectrum of clients, from athletes, to everyday people, all the way up through injured and partially paralyzed clients. I love what I do and I take pride in developing programs for injury prevention and recovery. So whether you are trying to avoid being benched due to healing, or just returning from the bench after an injury, I’ve got you covered!
